Positive: The location Negative: The beautiful apartment, however the attention at reception was not the best, they did not give us the use of the keys for the elevator or anything, the truth is that the treatment was bad, on the other hand, in the apart there were no pots, pans, no utensils if one wanted to prepare something, it was limiting, 125 dollars was paid for cleaning but they never did it, it was very uncomfortable to have to do it ourselves, as a bad experience, the infrastructure is nice, what corresponds is to make the return of the cleaning concept that was never fulfilled.

Overall a nice apartment in a great location, with some room for improvement. Positive: The apartment was very nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable-nice views. The beds were comfortable and the location excellent-short walk to many restaurants, stores and cafes. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Negative: The kitchen could have been better stocked. There were no kitchen towels, no spatula, and no dish drying rack. The kitchen is not stocked with any basics like salt, pepper or coffee; so you have to go out and buy them even for a short stay. We would have also appreciated towels for the pool so as not to have to use the bath towels. We asked for kitchen towels and although the property manage said they would be or had been delivered, we never received them. So, using the kitchen was not very comfortable to use. Also, not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Positive: Ubicación, bonita vista. Negative: Un poco descuidado, en el baño había muy mal olor, al parecer era de una alfombra que estaba sucia. El dueño nos envió a la persona de mantenimiento a limpiar pero cuando llegó no quiso hacer la limpieza del baño, al notificarle al dueño nos ofreció enviarla de nuevo pero no quisimos que entrara en el apartamento cuando no estábamos y nos fuimos al siguiente día .
