Great Apt in Brickell Condo + Balcony/Free Parking

I didn't stay at this roach motel.... it was disgusting!! Positive: Nothing, I left the premises an hour after checking in. Negative: There were baby roaches in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There was hair on the tub and the bathroom floor. This place was not clean at all!

Great stay! Love the location. Close to everything. Easy check in. Apt as described. Great price. The building has an indoor playroom that my kids loved.

this place was simply amazing for the location and price parking was very convenient and the host was more than helpful with anything I needed I never had a host like this ever in my life thank you so much I will be back in a couple of months!

Cockroaches invaded the apartment Positive: The location is great. Negative: From the second night onwards, cockroaches invaded the apartment, probably coming from a nest behind the refrigerator. The cockroaches spread throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, and my husband and I tried to kill them. I contacted the host, who promised to send a cleaner the next day to check what was happening. She made us schedule a time to wait for the person, who never showed up. In other words, the host deceived us by pretending she would send the housekeeper just to prevent us from complaining. On the third night, even more cockroaches invaded the apartment—for some reason, they appeared at night and kept getting bigger.

Positive: Location in very top part of Miami, parking place included. Negative: Best days of apartment are far away behind it and many features are spent or are almost broken like door lock that moves. I still have not received invoice for stay even though I asked for it and provided details during booking process.
