Great Apartment in the heart of Brickell

Cockroaches invaded the apartment Positive: The location is great. Negative: From the second night onwards, cockroaches invaded the apartment, probably coming from a nest behind the refrigerator. The cockroaches spread throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, and my husband and I tried to kill them. I contacted the host, who promised to send a cleaner the next day to check what was happening. She made us schedule a time to wait for the person, who never showed up. In other words, the host deceived us by pretending she would send the housekeeper just to prevent us from complaining. On the third night, even more cockroaches invaded the apartment—for some reason, they appeared at night and kept getting bigger.

Positive: Location in very top part of Miami, parking place included. Negative: Best days of apartment are far away behind it and many features are spent or are almost broken like door lock that moves. I still have not received invoice for stay even though I asked for it and provided details during booking process.

Negative: The Washing machine was not working so we had to take everything to the laundromat. They only let us have one key and the lock was close to falling off the door. We weren’t sure how secure it was and were worried when we weren’t not in the apartment.

Great apartment, spacious and cozy. Everything at hand for a long stay. I enjoyed it very much!!!
