Cozy 2/2 Condo in Brickell

The place was immaculate and stunning. I am giving 4 stars because of the parking conditions. The parking spot is on the higher floor and it’s a very steep slope up and down. We had to be extremely careful while taking out the car and brining it back in.

We enjoyed our stay at this property on our family trip. I would totally recommend it and the host was always very attentive.

The lobby is nice and check in was fairly easy. As on as we walked into the property, we could tell it was not clean. Started looking around and there was hair everywhere on both bathroom floors, very thick dust on the fans, and nothing smelled or felt clean. I told my family that we would stay atleast one night and regroup the next day because we had an event to go to that night. When we got back to the apt at 1:00 in the morning and starting pulling beds back, the sheets had hair and dirty places all over them… on all of the beds! I called VRBO immediately and they attempted to call the host. It was 2:00 am by We ended up leaving the property and getting a hotel in downtown Miami.

The stay was awesome! Perfect location and had everything I needed within the condo. Great views and close to everything in Brickell. Owners were very helpful through the process and was ready to help me in case I needed anything. Highly recommend!
