Positive: The location of this apartment was perfect! It was such a cute little place that fit our needs wonderfully. The host was very responsive and helpful!
Negative: The only thing missing and it was so minor it didn't affect our trip whatsoever was beach towels for the pool. Since we flew in we didn't bring any due to space. Since it's so hot in Miami we did just fine without any!

Positive: Nice location
Negative: Unfriendly staff, dirty apartment . I left the apartment cleaner than found. Still waiting for my $95 refund. I had to buy cleaner products

Great balcony
Positive: Great location in the apt block, 21 floor and a south facing balcony, meaning sunshine even in winter.
Negative: The logistics prior to arrival were extremely disjointed, receiving email whilst in mid flight, so when I landed, had to deal with details regarding check in, which could've been organised easily prior to flying, but they apparently lost my details.
