Positive: It is in a good location and the staff in the gym are really nice as well as the facilities such as the gym and pool. We did not spend a long time waiting for the elevators as written in the other reviews. It was fine. Negative: I would strongly advise against booking with this host due to their complete lack of communication. They ignored all messages on Booking.com, email, and WhatsApp, both before and during our stay. The apartment itself was okay, but be aware that the listing includes photos of multiple apartments, so you won’t know which one you’re getting unless you specifically ask. Our biggest issue was a terrible loud noise whenever we used the taps, flushed the toilet, showered, or did laundry. We recorded a video and sent it to the host, but as expected we were ignored. The noise was so bad that the entire room vibrated, and we had to buy earplugs just to sleep when one of us showered. For the price we paid, this stay was not worth it. The only positives were the building itself, which is nice, and the friendly building staff. The pool and gym area were also great. We will stay in this building again, but never with this host. Avoid at all costs.

Positive: Good apartment in central Brickell location Negative: In order to enter the gym and pool you need the registration office that opens 9AM-5PM. I was on a business trip and was working during these hours, so I could not access the gym.
