Gorgeous Apartment in Brickell

Perfection and disappointment. Positive: Impeccable location, truly in the heart of Brickell. Spacious, comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Negative: It could have been perfect, but it turned into a hassle and I lost an entire day of my planned itinerary in the city staying at home, drying clothes one by one—without washing them—just so I could pack them in my suitcase. The washing machine didn’t work; it only partially wet the clothes but wouldn’t function properly. I waited three days for maintenance, which never came. As a result of the clothes sitting with detergent for so long without proper washing, some of them got stained. Yet, the refund of my security deposit was not processed, and I had to follow up a week later.

Amazing Positive: Wide and clean and beautiful with a stunning view

Nice size place with great water pressure on shower. Large balcony and kitchen had everything you need in terms of utensils, pots and pans. On the little details that should be addressed. I lot of scuff marks on the walls, nothing a nice paint job couldn't fix. The larger bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like a pull out sofa bed. The smaller bed was a lot more comfortable but me being over six feet and my wife 5' 9" made for cramped sleeping conditions. Clean and relaxing place and could easily get five stars if these things were addressed.

Positive: Die Aussicht war der Hammer ! Wir haben uns im 35 Stock sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft erneut buchen. Die Lage ist super, mit dem kostenlosen Metromover kommen Sie schnell zum Hafen. Ein Publix ist um die Ecke. Entgegen einiger negativer Bemerkungen zum Parkhaus, fanden wir die Fahrt auf Ebene 9 nicht wirklich schlimm. Negative: Uns hat alles gefallen! Wir kommen gerne wieder
