Gorgeous Apartment in Brickell

Perfect location for what we needed Positive: The location is great, walking distance from restaurants and public transportation. The building is nice and the people who work at the front desk are friendly. The apartment itself had everything we needed. Negative: Aside from a broken lampshade, there isn’t anything “wrong” with the place. It’s just clear that it’s run by a company and not a single owner, for example the furniture is just functional, there isn’t any personality or care put into what the place looks like, which was fine for us because we really just slept there, but worth noting depending on what you’re looking for considering the price. The place was clean, but not deep cleaned as my baby would be covered in hair (a different color to mine) when he had played on the floor.

We had a great stay. Enjoyed our place a lot. It was clean and roomy and lication was great. Brickell was a great place to stay and is an easy Uber ride to South Beach. Also enjoyed pool and hot tub.

Perfection and disappointment. Positive: Impeccable location, truly in the heart of Brickell. Spacious, comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Negative: It could have been perfect, but it turned into a hassle and I lost an entire day of my planned itinerary in the city staying at home, drying clothes one by one—without washing them—just so I could pack them in my suitcase. The washing machine didn’t work; it only partially wet the clothes but wouldn’t function properly. I waited three days for maintenance, which never came. As a result of the clothes sitting with detergent for so long without proper washing, some of them got stained. Yet, the refund of my security deposit was not processed, and I had to follow up a week later.
