Modern 2 Bedroom Condo Brickell

The location and building were amazing! The rental could use more decor/ kitchen things for convenience. Overall a great stay and perfect for my group of 5!

Pros:The location was great and condo was clean. Cons:Parking ramp was VERY hard to navigate with a large suvNo towels racks in bathroomsFurniture was very cheap and unkeptKitchen had only four plates and three glasses and all mismatched. No large bowls and towels.

The place was clean, appliances were working well and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars in the Brickell area. Easy check in and checkout. Host provided clear instructions on check in and check out process. It’s nice to have free parking for a car since parking in Miami could be expensive. However, going in and out of the garage is challenging, especially, if you have a big SUV or truck. You have to go through about 12 very narrow curves to get to assigned parking spot.

The apartment is in a great location. The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. The stove had crumbs and dust on it. The kettle still had water in it which led me to believe it had not been washed. The trash can in the kitchen that had a sensory lid was broken . There were not a lot of cooking utensils ( pots , pans , cookie sheet) A keruig would be a great addition to the kitchen.The duvet in the Master Bedroom was full of lint . Dust had collected on table in living room. The sliding curtain was broken and hanging off the hinge.The apartment is nice, but needs to be properly cleaned prior to guess moving in.

Everything is perfect. Though elevator waiting time is sometimes long if there are too many people.
